Attending Guate has been a wonderful experience. Arriving from the US was a big change for me and it was really nice to be able to stay with such a wonderful host family. I can remember the soup Conny made me when I got sick. I'm going to Mexico next spring to start my internship so I took full advantage of the private lessons. Culture, history, literature, slangs... I wanted to learn as much as I could. All my teachers were very resourcesul and explained the things to me very clearly. Well, that's about it. I'm hoping to convince my fiancé to come with me next year and meet my Guatemalan family and enjoy all that I've enjoyed during my stay.
